Introduction

This privacy and data protection policy describes the rules applicable to information processed by Clément Fossez - Game Developer, a sole proprietorship company under Swiss law, with its registered office in 4056 Basel, identification number CHE-184.195.275. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or its alias name "Miniamoka"), in its capacity as data controller.

This Policy describes how we handle personal data collected by the Company. The User is invited to read this document carefully to know and understand our practices regarding the processing of the User’s personal data by the Company.

Information Collection

When you play a game from Miniamoka, we may collect and process personal data about you for different purpose. Such purposes are:

• Internally process the analytics to improve the game experience: this means the data collected will only be used internally at Miniamoka and not shared with any third party service. This data includes your play time duration, your progression through the game, how your interact with the UI elements and how your device is running the app.
• Legal basis for third party analytics: this data is going to be processed and shared with third party partners only if the user consent to it in countries where the user's consent is required by law before sharing data.
• To serve personalized advertising: in countries where the user's consent is required by law before processing and sharing their data, this data may be used for serving personalized advertisement content based on your preferences. If you do not consent to share your data for this purpose, you are still going to receive advertisement but this one will not be personalized.

Use of Information

Miniamoka does not use any data that allows us to identify you directly. You will only be identified through your mobile identifier and other device specific information if you have consented to it.

For all the purposed listed above, the data collected may include:

• The app you are using
• Your IP address
• Your Mobile Advertising ID (Apple IDFA or Google AAID). Keep in mind that you can decide any time to reset or erase this id at any time. See your device's manual for more information.
• Information about your device and your connection (user agent, type of connection, timestamp, system language, device model, screen resolution and settings, battery level, storage space, time zone, OS)
• Your progression in the game and the way you interact with the interface
• The time when you play the game

With whom may your data be shared?

We are not selling your personal information. It is only going to be shared with third party partners to deliver the best service possible.

How long does Miniamoka keep your data?

Miniamoka does not retain the users data longer than 13 months except for the data collected for the purpose of its own analytics tools which may be stored for up to 25 months.

Children data

In accordance with the law, Miniamoka will not knowingly or willingly collect personal data concerning children under 16 years of age. We kindly ask any user under the age of 16 to not use Miniamoka products and games.
